CPHFW breakfast: SS’25: Memories
During Fashion Week, we invited our extended family to our Copenhagen store for breakfast and an exclusive first look at our Spring/Summer ‘25 collection, Memories.
Located In the centre of Oslo’s creative Oslobukta district, Café Holzweiler is a new community hub where you can come in for coffee, and find yourself staying all day.
Hospitality is in the Holzweiler DNA. Susanne and Andreas Holzweiler recently rescued a small box from storage containing photos, menus and the hand-drawn logo of Café Holzweiler in the 1950s, which at the time was owned by their grandfather in the small German town of Kreuzau. Their grandfather’s logo is the same one used by the café today alongside hand-drawn illustrations taken from the original cake moulds, also found in their grandfather's garage. This is a reimagining of that café suited to the modern world. It fits the brief of a ‘third space’ where people can not only come for great food, but also to recharge and reconnect with each other.
Our partner, Supreme Roastworks, ensures quality coffee beans are behind every pour. Food Designer Selma El Yacoubi oversees the creative and culinary direction of the café. The menu doesn’t adhere to the boundaries of a single cuisine, instead weaving together recipes Selma has gathered on her travels with timeless classics developed in collaboration with Susanne. Guided by the seasons and made with organic produce, the result is a menu that is both delicious and eclectic.
Welcome to Café Holzweiler. Come as you are - stay as long as you like.
